The staff are caring and amiable. Though they are not always accommodating of reasonable requests such as for extra towels or a sheet, it seems they are operating under strict rules on those. The hotel is generally quiet and easy to be comfortable in.
Negatives:
It would be appreciated if requests for an extra sheet or towels for personal preferences would be honored but it's difficult to get that. I understand concerns about theft of these items, but an extra towel to cover a worn-down office chair is reasonable
