Floor was dirty, my grandsons feet turned black within minutes of being there, hair and soap wrapper behind bathroom door, we had to clean out the tub before using because there was hair and dirt. Outlets didn't work by the sink.

No extra pillows. Not welcoming was the staff No extra towels either They dont explain that your room will be inspected BEFORE allowing you to check out. Made one feel like a child.

Even though it was in a noisy part of town the location was easy to find. Located across from the mall. I had plan on just taking a nap but once I hit the bed it was so comfortable I slept later than I expected. It was refreshing.

When my employee checked in he was told they were charging a $100 dollar deposit fee. I had to get on the phone and give my credit card before he could check in.

lots bugs in the corners, underneath heat rad, outside of toilet not been cleaned - lots of yellow stains running down front of toilet (pee) Breakfast was sub-par for a Laquinta.

Cleanliness definitely an issue. All rooms had doors to outside (older style Laquinta Inn) Hotel described as Laquinta Inn & Suites. THIS LOCATION IS A LAQUINTA INN (not the Suites) I only stay in the "Suites" as it is better hotel. Very disappointed

Door had 1/2 to 3/4 space between door and frame. Crickets, roaches and other bugs were able to get in. Back of door filthy. A/C didnt get as cool as thermostat sat at.
Lightening was very very dim. Missing a bulb it two.
No charging outlets for laptop or phone.
Bathroom was small but nicer than room and was clean
