Motel 6-Salt Lake City UT - West - Airport

Negatives: The cockroachs, dirty, only let the two of us have one towel to share, the employees and managers didn't do anything about the people above us making a lot of noise all night long so we didn't get any sleep, another person not even sure if she had a room at the motel parked her car right in front of our door in the middle of the night and started arguing with a gentleman outside our door and making a lot of noise going through her car and reorganizing it so my husband very politely asked her to please move her stuff on sidewalk and her car over to a parking spot away from our door and she punched him in the face for it, the motel manager was there when it happened and he didn't say or do anything about it. I asked for either a free night or a partial refund for everything we went through and he flat out refused that and didn't even apologize to me or my husband about anything.

Negatives: It was very dirty inside and out. There was writing on the out side walls. The inside of the room was white trash america. The wall fixtures had no lampshades on them. There were bums hanging out at the hotel. The grounds were very dirty. The whole place needs a facelift.

Negatives: The door to the room could not be locked. The door would not shut properly, letting in cold air and noise from the adjacent elevated freeway. Flimsy bed covers made for a cold, uncomfortable night. We were disturbed by noisy neighbors yelling and screaming in the next-door room.

Negatives: The shower was unusable. It was dirty and the finish was peeling on the inside of the shower. Also, found a bedbug in bed with me when I woke up. Wrapped it in a tissue and took it to the front desk when I checked out.

Negatives: I pulled in and looked around there’s people smoking pot outside my door , there cops roaming the area , there’s people sitting outside my door with no clothes on like waiting , i felt very unsafe, went to front asked for refund and they said okay and still haven’t gotten my refund and it’s been a few weeks (i keep calling)

Negatives: The fact that I had to informed the fact that there was surrender thrown out by where the dogs go to the bathroom at

Negatives: Bath light and vent on same switch

Negatives: Room smelled like smoke, no shades on lamps, ceiling light not covered. Mold in bathroom. When we brought it up, we got a new room, graffiti on the inside door and mold again. Left immediately and did not stay.
