The room was nice but could use a deep clean. Door frames, light switches, and door handles need cleaning.

The water temperature in the shower fluctuated from chilly to scalding, and both bathroom sinks were in poor repair. One was missing the switch to unplug the stopper and the other was clogged. The clogged sink was dirty or stained. Breakfast was unappeali

The staff was outstanding. We were there during spring break and they were short-staffed (as were all the places we went that week) The staff kept their cool, were super helpful and friendly, and were very efficient.

This hotel had a 3.5 star rating, and I was sorely disappointed. When I walked into the room it had a sickly, sweet smell like it was trying to cover up a smell. The bathroom was so tiny I had to scoot behind the toilet to shut the door.

The room was outdated and definitely did not meet the 3.5 star rating that was proposed. We could not stay there and had to get another hotel room at a different hotel room. I will never go back there. I lost $----

The maintainence man. He did a good job for us because we needed him more than we should have

The room phone never worked. The tv remote was missing and replacement had to be found in a different room. No daily refresh of the towels. Breakfast potatoes were disgusting
