Negatives: Nothing really

Negatives: Their pet deposit is absolutely insane I had to pay $150 just to stay there one night with my pet. I have stayed there twice now. The first time we stayed 3 days this time could only stay one and still had to pay $150 needless to say I will not be staying there again.

Negatives: Pool looked a bit sus

Negatives: Tv is outdated so is coffe machine need bigger cup for coffe then provided

Negatives: There was a little bit of mildew and mold in the shower area.

Negatives: The room was surface clean at best.... substances on bathroom door, kitchen backsplash, stained bedding and curtains, noticeable dust on ceilings and walls and door to AC unit, dust and debris in crevices by refrigerator, refrigerator a little dirty, bathroom had funky odor, urine with maybe the sitting water in the tub? The AC in the hallways was not working and was very hot, walls thin, got loud around 9pm both nights we were there(not fun when you having a 1 year old and 6 year old sleeping), there was one staff member who had a personality and she worked at check in(3:45ishpm Sat, Sunday evening at 10ishpm, and Monday morning she checked us out) the other staff lacked personality in my opinion....they were nice and courteous don't get me wrong. I went to front desk staff on Sunday morning to request more towels and to advise of slight urine smell and she said she would have cleaning staff take care of it,they took care of the towels but the urine smell even though it was very slight, still lingered...I ended up getting a candle and that worked out well...room could use some updating....TV had no streaming capabilities, glass closet doors kept coming off track, tub had stain from sitting water. Free continental breakfast was sub par..only because if choices...the cooked items they did have, tasted great.
