We arrived at the hotel at midnight. It took 1hr to check in. We had to have a map and it was a maze to get to the room. I would not stay there again.

If you dont want your car towed you will have to pay $60 for parking and I wasnt even there 24 hours. There was no mention of parking fees when I booked the room.

Across the street from the airport. Our reservations were not received by the hotel. The first person that "helped" us was slow, no eye contact and barely cordial. The next person, two hours later was great.

This is a massive facility. I count my steps every day so this was a plus for me. For others, there may be a fair amount of walking to and from your car, lobby etc.

It was not remotely a 4-Star Hotel. It was nice but the experience, noise level, decor, amenities, etc. were more on par with what I'd rate as a 3-Star.

The warm cookies we got were good.
Negatives:
They upsold me to a bigger room but it looked the same as the one I had already booked. I had to put the trash bags in myself there was no snack vending machine and no one told us about breakfast or any amenities. They just told us where our room was.
