The rooms were very comfortable and would have been good for a longer stay. I love the small kitchenette and full size refrigerator.
The best part was the wonderful park next door. Incredible opportunities for walking, biking, picnics, etc.
Negatives:
Although there was small induction burners, there were no kitchen pans, etc. to utilize that. I'm not sure what you could have cooked on that. There is a microwave.

It was clean and did call me when concerned about my stay and made it so I had my same room however I had already moved out
Negatives:
When I called to book my room, I asked if I could add an additional night they told me I had to book through the company that I already previously booked. then told me I had to check in then check out in between nights
