Nicole greeted us as if we were family. She was absolutely wonderful and such a delight. The breakfast attendant was 1st class. I apologize that I don't remember her name, but she was awesome. They're both an asset to Best Western and deserve a raise.

The lights in the elevator were out and front desk said don't know why, have to wait for maintenance, I felt this could have been a safety issue if I were travelling alone.

Too much perfume! Although they use eco friendly products, everything was heavily scented from the sheets, towels and reception area. Not good for folks with perfume sensitivity. Otherwise ratings would be higher
