Radisson Hotel La Crosse

Negatives: Wequested river view room only to find out upon arrival that the king room are city view. Then, after a Booking message and phone call, they were shocked when we came in with our dog and reassigned us to a 2nd floor room instead of 8th floor. We get to that room and it's 2 queens instead of a single king. So I go back down, and the now 3rd room they put us in wreaked of chlorine as it's above the pool, had significant damage from other pets that have previously stayed here, the lights and TV worked about half the time, and had moldy ceiling tiles. Then we found woodlice in the bathtub. Their response was to take $50 off our bill for the "inconvenience". We were there for a reunion, and other folks were charged $10/night all the way up to $50/night extra for river view rooms. It was a VERY poor experience, so I would recommend staying at any of the other hotels along the riverside location.

Negatives: I was given an accessible room and in the bathroom the bath towels were draped over the handrail right next to the toilet. For some people, that could be in the “splash zone”. Kind of gross.

Negatives: The code system to get in and out of the parking lot. It was a pain to get out.

Negatives: The bathtub had debris in it and plugged drain.

Negatives: Bathroom floor covered in what appeared to be dog hair, ceiling fan guard hanging off, bathshower rail loose.

Negatives: Mediocre food

Negatives: Nothing. Easy to find; centrally located.

Negatives: Coffee maker in room

Negatives: Little tricky finding the parking lot. A towel had black soot on it, and initially I was given a room key, only to find out there was a woman already booked into the room! But the hotel made good on that and gave me an upgrade.

Negatives: There wasn’t much to complain about other than I had to tell the front desk that I was accumulating a few used towels in the bathroom.
