I reserved a first floor room at 12:40 pm received message right back confirming were all set, then 6 hrs later I get a message that the first floor is full! Too late to cancel at that point!
Room was dusty and dirt on bathroom floor that wasnt ours!

Positives:
Its an older property that has been well-maintained and is kept clean. Breakfast area was well-stocked and clean with friendly attendant. Breakfast selections were better than most BW properties. Rooms and beds were fine and spacious.
Negatives:
Its located at an interstate crossroads so side closest to interstate was noisier. Could use thicker windows. Couldnt set HVAC for constant fan for noise canceling purposes.
