There is no window that opens in the room and for me fresh air from outside is essential for a good sleep. I don’t like having to listen to air conditioning all night just to keep the room from getting stuffy.

Location had a number of restaurants that were within easy walking distances.
Negatives:
When we arrived, it was obvious that our room had not been cleaned. This included the bed, which, when we pulled back the sheets had sand and hair all over it. There were also white sticky spots all over the floor, and when I tried to wipe them up, the wipe I was using came up black from dirt. The gentleman at the front desk did come and change the sheets, and had house keeping clean the room the next morning.
