The hoteal had availability when I needed it.

Employee working the front desk gave me a key card for a room that was already booked and had someone in it when I tried to open the door. The air conditioner barely worked and the floor in the room was sticky.

The floors were dirty. I had to rinse the tub before showering. The toilet was dirty. It was as if they changed the bedding and the towels from the previous guest and left everything else.
