Felt unsafe leaving my vehicle parked behind the unsecured back of the building. Didn't have breakfast due to breakfast being at 8am-9am, we did not have time to wait for it

Breakfast was over at 9am and very limited parking. I had to park on the road by a bar and I have mobility issues so it was not easy for me to access my room

Hostile staff. Very rude when disputing unknown charges. Never once did we sign anything to indicate we would be charged. Never once had an issue with booking.com. host was very rude and swore at us completely unprovoked.
