The manager straight up lied to my face twice when I tried to adjust my booking, which was confirmed by the customer service associate at Booking.com. The timeliness of the manager's response to an accommodation request was horrible, at a whopping two days after the initial request was made, and by me having to wait for him in the lobby for thirty minutes. On top of it, I was lied to and not helped in the slightest. Also, the front desk was unhelpful and literally rolled her eyes at me multiple times. Horrible customer service throughout, especially for people that work in hospitality.
