The settlement of the hotel, they wrongly charged some hotel foods to our bill and we need to call them up multiple times to ensure that they get it waived off as we did not had any foods at the restaurant.

The staff are friendly and can deal with disruptions, changes. The place is laid out well and easy to find good spots to eat. Rooms could use more space but the bathroom is spacious.
