Negatives: Place just looks a little aged but no real complaints.

Negatives: We didn't get the cookies when we arrived this time, just like the previous time, I thought maybe they didn't do it anymore. look forward to them they were delicious. They should have a notice if they don't so them anymore.

Negatives: The beds were hard and pillows too big for me

Negatives: The front desk staff are over worked and callous towards guests. I witnessed them try to send away a woman who paid for her stay with debit, yet was charged the full amount to her credit card as well. She was understandably upset, and the staff kept telling her to just go home and call about it later. Very much seemed like they just wanted her to go away. My own daughter left her baby blanket in the Foyer before we went to our room. We came back downstairs for it and it was gone. The front desk staff kept putting us off saying they would check the cameras, and find it. I told them that I would dumpster dive for that blanket, or pay the person who found it a reward. It was extremely special. On the third day, they told us there was no camera on that area, and that bums just walk in off the street all the time and could have stolen it. The restaurant also served me regular toast with my steak sandwich, and then assured me it was indeed gluten free. However I told them that it looked like no celiac bread Ive ever seen. After that they admitted their mistake, removed the bread and put the cold steak back on top of a burnt piece of celiac bread, totally contaminated. Then offered me 10% off my meal.

Negatives: Mix up with keys at check in but was quickly remedied

Negatives: My bed was not made properly and I had to order a top sheet at 11:30 pm. This made me second guess the quality of the cleaning of the rest of the room.

Negatives: There seems to have been some sort of inconsistency with how the room is booked vs whats covered. I had run into this once before where I swore that the room I booked had specific amenities covered only to find out later they didnt. I did happen to screen shot the selection I made when I booked for this reason. Sure enough I was told the first morning for breakfast that we did not have it covered. I took the bill to the front desk with the screen shot and they emailed me back later to state that they would allow this one but tomorrow I would have to pay for breakfast. Now I appreciate the gesture, but I am not satisfied with the answer. I literally provided proof that the level of package I chose was supposed to have included breakfast. I see on the confirmation email however that breakfast is NOT included. So when is the user supposed to know that the package they chose which shows that yes, breakfast included, is not actually part of their package? Because finding out after the confirmation email is sent is not fair to the customer who has clearly selected the option to have breakfast included . In essence, I literally put the breakfast option in the cart and checked out and the result was negligible. I realize this is the result of some sort of error though booking.com for how that transaction took place, so I am asking if you would kindly have them review how a customer checks out those options or else how they advertise and display those package options to customers because clearly this is a misrepresentation of whats being tendered.

Negatives: I did not like the location because of the traffic to go to downtown. The pool is good but the water is climatized, not heated.
