Positives: Breakfast was good, however, I did not understand why server was so attentive to some tables and paid 0 attention to us. The real omelet you can get only if you ask server, but if server do not care about your table at all - no chance...

Negatives: Would be much better to have an opportunity to plug in a block heater of your car in winter in Canada. No sockets at all at parking lot. Even much cheaper hotels have this power sockets. Also it is quite challenging to find the parking spot

Positives: The location was very convenient and lots of parking. The hotel is very professional and super clean. It was quiet and relaxing. We also found a couple of new restaurants across the street. Very good.

Negatives: Please let your guests know to use their room cards to operate the elevators. There is a sign, but being told at check in is very helpful too.
