Positives: The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. Everytime we passed by their was a friendly hello, smiles, and good mornings. A solid 10/10 for the front desk staff

Negatives: We were in a suite on the bottom floor which was great. However when we wanted to have our windows open for fresh air, our windows were right beside the door where the staff would smoke and the smell would go in our room. We are non smokers and have children, so it was not pleasant. Even though there is a non smoking sign on the door where they smoked with a ashtray. -10/10
