Between Wednesday, Oct 30th, 2024 at 11pm and Wednesday, Nov 20th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Edmonton), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Nov 20th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Edmonton), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 20, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Nothing we didn’t stay

Negatives: The police presents when we arrived at the hotel. Hotel is currently being used to house fire evacuees. Police office told us they were dealing with an incident and some of the evacuees have been having difficulty with there situation. (Understandable) we did not stay and are having issues getting a refund from booking.com
