Positives: The area was ideal however, downfall was the parking was full and had to park down the street in over flow parking ( cannot see your vehical and alot of snow). Being down town there was guests partying & making noise 3-4 am. Next day asked for towels as there was one set each for 2 ppl for a weekend stay. Was than told we were noisy and our neighbour complained. Took almost an hour to get our towels than was spoken too with a condensing tone by staff each time.

Negatives: The house keeping staff were very pleasant and the lady at the front desk were very helpful.

Positives: I liked NAV, the gentleman working he was kind. The bed was comfy. The room smelt very much like room spray upon entering the room that was a bit overwhelming. In the bathroom the one cabinet made me feel like I should take a picture in case I was blamed for it, front desk (Nav) was aware and VERY kind about it. There was splatters on the wall and it almost seemed like the carpet wasn't vacuumed as there was a few pieces of grass stuck to my socks after working in the room.
