While breakfast was included in the price of my room and we received coupons for a complimentary meal, our experience at Ricky's All Day Grill was extremely disappointing.
The food was poorly prepared, the quality was unacceptable, and the service was far from satisfactory. However, what happened at the end of our meal was even more troubling. After expressing our dissatisfaction by deciding not to leave a tip, the waitress serving our table did not let us leave. She brought the payment machine and stood by our table until we felt pressured to tip. When I explained that we would not be tipping due to the poor service, she even asked if we had cash. This behavior was unprofessional and entirely inappropriate, especially given the circumstances.
To make matters worse, we ended up with upset stomachs after that meal. Needless to say, we will never dine at that restaurant again, even if it's free.
I wanted to bring this to your attention as I believe such experiences reflect poorly on both the hotel and the restaurant.

Positives:
The room was so clean! The beds so comfy! And it was very quiet couldn’t hear much from inside the rooms we had a double queen on 5th floor. Rooms were nice size and love having a tub in the bathroom.
Negatives:
Nothing bad to say! Only thing is would be nice to have a microwave in rooms to heat up coffee, food and the water for my son’s formula.. I used the keruig hot water and a cup and sat his bottle in it, took awhile but got the job done lol thankfully he didn’t yell too much waiting.
