This is my first review ever. The Ramada of Edmonton is a turd with a fancy name. My honest opinion is this place should be priced between 50 and 90 dollars per night, with 90 being a king suite. The only hotel I've ever been to that doesn't have coffee available in the lobby, so if they can't get the simplest of accommodations right, you can imagine the rest. For the price you're paying here, please stay somewhere else if you love your family. You have been warned!

The location is accessible to grocery store,restaurant,and it was great place.
Negatives:
The one i didnt satisfied yet is the AC coz its not cool even if you set in high temp but still hot.I think there is no exaust in there.And it has only 2 bath towel,and we booked of 4 person.And one more thing is the comforter,i noticed that some part of the comforter is still dirty.

Excellent would stay again.
Positives:
The bed itself was comfortable, and the room was clean. The desk people were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with - and I enjoyed my stay from that perspective. Likewise with the people running the restaurant, who went out of their way to serve us. Truly the staff deserves an 11 out of 10.
Negatives:
I booked an superior queen room that was supposed to contain a couch, a sitting chair, a desk chair, and a decent bathroom. There was no couch, no sitting chair, and the desk chair was broken so that you couldn't lean back on it. The toilet seat had a cigarette burn on it, and the fan in the bathroom didn't work so I couldn't get rid of the moisture from my shower in order to blow-dry my hair. The mattress edge had a large blood stain on it (which someone had tried to just wipe - but it was the size of a cantaloupe and kind of 'off-putting'). There is no way that this room matched the picture of what I booked, and well below a 3-star hotel. I am not sure if other rooms are like this, but this one needs a lot of work before it should be rented out again. I know they had a full house - but they still shouldn't rent rooms in this bad of shape.

The room could have been alot cleaner and smelt better as well as the hallways. Always smelt like poop and musky. Our room fan was very loud and the A/C didn't work.
