We love the location and the chop steakhouse!! We lived not having to wear jackets to the hockey game as its all connected. Comfy bed big room
Negatives:
Didnt like that we had to ask for housekeeping. Should be automatic. Also the hotel needs a good updating and cleaning. With no daily housecleaning the rooms sometimes look like they dont get a deep cleaning in between guests. Fingerprints on bathroom doors and dust in behind tv. But that would be our only real complaint

Absolutely loved the location! As well as how easy it was to get through downtown in the middle of winter through the upper walkways! Clean! Friendly! The beds were beyond comfy! 10/10 I will be staying here again!

On same block as local addiction clinic and lots of homeless people and those with obvious mental health issues just walking streets around hotel.
Noisy room- works going on that we were not informed about prior to checking in.
Another resident gained access to our room whilst we were in it.
Key cards kept having to be changed as stopped working
Despite asking several time room was only cleaned once( stayed a week)- had to ask at reception for replacement tea/coffee. Bin not emptied.
Fridge was too cold- froze our milk- had to throw away cartons every other day. Asked to turn it down. No one knew how to
Last morning had to go out to coffee shop to get a drink
Room blind didnt work properly- took 3 days to get fixed
another blind dirty/stained
Tray in room dusty
Extension lead was hanging between tv and fridge in mid air
