Positives: Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms are quiet and like how Chop and Dennys are attached.

Negatives: It was my husband's bday and we were planning to make the most of the hotel, but we couldn't check in until 6:30 and we're given the wrong room. Staff were apologetic and offered a discount rate, which was very kind, but kind of impeded our plans. Ended up spending more because we couldn't go anywhere but wait. We still enjoyed our stay, but would have liked to enjoy the facilities there too.

Positives: breakfast was good. clean and pleasant stay.

Negatives: During my recent stay, I noticed an issue with the availability of drinking water. My floor didn’t have a vending machine, so late at night, I went to the lobby to get some water. Unfortunately, the drinking water dispenser was empty, and the staff directed me to the marketplace. However, the marketplace only had soft drinks and no water. Ultimately, I had to drive out in the snow to buy a bottle of water. While I understand that availability issues can arise, I believe the staff could have taken an extra step to either refill the dispenser or provide me with a bottle of water. I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience for future stays.
