Negatives: Skimpy breakfast, super 8 rugs should be professionally cleaned periodically

Negatives: The room was not clean. I wrote my name in the dust on the dresser, it was still there after the cleaning ladies came though. Their was some sort of drink spilled down the wall between the dresser and the sitting table. One person came and removed my used towels but did not replace them. (I had one towel). They also forgot toilet paper, which I grabbed from their cart.

Negatives: Beds were smaller than expected.

Negatives: Room was too consisted , not much walking space

Negatives: The room was not clean. I was in a room with two beds. The beds were made but you pulled the covers back on both beds, the fitted sheets had dark coloured hair on them (my child and myself have lighter coloured hair). I called the front desk to inform them they did not offer to remake the beds, instead they had me come downstairs to the front desk to get clean sheets and pillows to make my own beds. As well the towels we had in the bathroom were stained and had hair on them that was not mine or my child’s. There was also dark coloured hair in the bathtub. The next morning I left the old bedsheets sheets on the floor of the room and towels, my child and I left for the day and when we came back the towels were replaced, the room was tidied up but the old sheets were left and someone had picked them up off the floor and put them on a chair in the room.

Negatives: Pool was always busy with lots of kids. Room wasn't super clean.

Negatives: The breakfast was not great , was cold and not much options at all

Negatives: I did not like that the bathroom was soo small the blankets were not super good I'm glad I had brought my own ! . I also did not like that I had to clean my own floor and yes I had all my personal belongings picked up off bed and floors . Not only did I have to sweep the floor made for a child and then laundry lady told me shouldn't let me use the vaccume as it was against her rules but she had offered to quickly watch me while I vacuumed my own floor instead of offering to do it her self . Could hear the person above us pacing back and forth his room stomping from 730 pm until 1 am . .
