Positives: Beautiful, clean, modern and spacious
Negatives: I was checked in improperly and over charged by an employee. I had made & cancelled a booking a few months ago, then rebooked online & paid in full the morning of February 13th. I checked in just after 6pm and was advised I needed to give a $100 deposit for incidentals on my credit card. I have her my credit card and to my surprise I later saw that she had charged $1158.50!? I called the front desk and not much help was given. The next day I received a phone call stating they released the money and now it was up to my bank to release the money back to my card. It is now the 17th and the hold is still on my credit card. I was very upset by the lack of understanding or apology for charging an extra $1000 to my credit card. Upon check out my frustrations and over charge we’re finally acknowledged by Loubna. She was kind, professional and even provided a free, breakfast buffet voucher. I would recommend better customer service training for your front end staff, as I spoke with 4 staff members and Loubna was the only one who acknowledged my problem, and apologized for the error.
