That our room was not cleaned on Saturday and that in the room the only chair was torn on the sides. When we brought up the fact that the room was not cleaned the only thing the front desk said was sorry. I was hoping for something more as this trip was for my first anniversary.

Need to look at little details... fan in bathroom didn't work, sink wouldn't drain (seemed plugged)
. Noisy heating system in next room. We mentioned it on check-out and they said they would look into it.

The hotel met all of my basic needs. It was comfortable, clean and safe. The bonus was the Peloton bike in the gym! For that, I would book this hotel for all of my future work trips.

The hotel was very clean and staff were polite.
Negatives:
The pool was so small and with the water slide there was no room to actually swim and enjoy the pool. It should be much bigger if there is a water slide inside. The hot tub was also way too small.
The room fridge was so loud at night so had trouble sleeping. The bed was not the best and made noise everytime we moved.

The place was fine, they messed up our reservation for the second time. I have the email from booking.com, showing all the correct information. But they had 2 king and 1 queen rooms. We spent 2 hours trying to sort it out. We were not able to. Please have a booking agent call me to reduce the charges.
