Positives:
Good, easily-accessible location off main road, close to traffic lights. Modernized older property. My room was behind the inner building on the property reducing but not eliminating street noise. Staff had warned me about noise from other occupants, and night auditor was helpful in dealing with the problem. Small kitchenette for those who need it. Adjacent to fast food.
Negatives:
Second floor walk-up. Buildings were two units end to end in addition to the adjoining units. Had a noise issue at 1:30 am with loud and lengthy conversation outside my room. No overhead lighting in bedroom, only above bed.

I booked a room with a couch, I did not get. I ended up getting a room with another bed, and it was clean but I smelt like pee, super gross I had to spray the entire room
