Positives: 1. Location was close to where I needed to be. 2. There is a kitchen with a microwave, stove, and super large fridge. 3. The office is open 24 hours, which helps when you need to replace a key.

Negatives: 1. I needed to ask for a coffee maker. 2. The heave rock music played all night, every night, in the next room. 3. Needed to change the room as the TV and fridge were not working. 4. Door keys stopped working after a few openings. 5. The floor was dirty. 6. The bathroom walls were not cleaned. 7. There was no working WiFi.

Positives: The location to restaurants, groceries, shopping, and Westerner Park is great! Nice and quiet. Staff was nice. Lots of parking.

Negatives: The room was dusty, horrible stale smoke smell in the bedding and bathroom. Had to bring the room card to the office every time we left as the card would not reopen the door again.
