I liked the location, conveniently located. Nothing much to add in terms of liking as there were more issues than pleasures.
Negatives:
The heating system would not work properly in the room. The biggest disappointment was hot tub was not working. The water in the swimming pool was cold. The hand rail towards the slide was broken and had caution tape. Looks like it has been broken for a while. We could not get into the swimming pool as it was not warm and hot pool was not working either. This is the only reason we booked the hotel for and it failed. The body wash bottle in the washroom was empty. The another disappointment was the breakfast. We did not see anyone refilling any items. We were there at 8am and muffins, cakes were all finished by 8am, no waffle/pan cakes. The table were not cleaned promptly. Someone eventually came after 20 min and I asked will he be adding more muffins, he was quick on saying no. No ladle provided for potatoes, so people just used the meat ladle. Very disappointed

Huge clean room, super comfy bed, price was very good, and breakfast thrown in, staff were helpful and friendly, what's not to love?
