Positives: The coffee was poor. Nice helpful breakfast staff. toiletries in bathroom were nice. Check out agent was most helpful when an error was discovered. Nice to bring our dog with us.

Negatives: Extra temporary charge on my credit card at the start of my stay. Charge for two pets for the night before we actually checked in and I only have one pet.
