Positives:
The lady working the breakfast room and the young man with the brown hair working front desk are great.
Negatives:
The room staff is lazy, they don't clean the rooms or give room service. The old man amd old lady working the front desk are unbearable people to deal with, both incompetent and extremely rude. The rooms are filthy.

Positives:
Bed comfortable, view of water, assistant manager very pleasant and got shower fixed quickly and comped a night for the problems (loft bedroom and shower issues). Pool was available. Hot breakfast available plus other options.
Negatives:
Steep Flight of stairs to room, loft bedroom (another steep flight of stairs), shower did not function and hot water flucuated radically when another room used water or toilet flushed. No jacuzzi or sauna working.
No mention of steep stairs to room and within room to loft in description of room. Railing to loft not ADA compliant.
