We have stayed at this property several times, the staff have always been excellent. The rooms are clean and the temperature control is good. Very nice to have to breakfast available.
Negatives:
Somewhat disappointed that the elevator was out of service and there didn't seem to be a time line for getting it repaired. We were there for two days in the middle of the week, so getting a repairperson there shouldn't have been much of an issue. Also, while the room was clean, a few parts are getting tired looking, eg bathroom sink starting to look rusty around the drain. Also disappointed that there was no raisin bran for breakfast.

The location was good and the front desk lady when we checked in was very nice.
Negatives:
We had to ask for soap for our room. The room had a bad smell. And the breakfast was dismal... we stayed here last year the whole experience was better last year. It seems like things have deteriorated in the last year. The water in the pool was murky so we did not swim. An hour into breakfast and the milk was gone and no effort was made to re-fill it. The waffle machine burned everyone's waffles and there was no spray (like Pam) for it. The yogurt was warm. And dirty dishes were piling up in the sink. Very disappointing. We will not be staying there again.
