A bad odor was present in the room, a tiny shampoo bottle and conditioner. the second foldable bed sheets were grayish as if weren't washed.
I don't normally criticize but this time I will and with the hope that the ower of this facility takes some pride on his business and actually inspect every room him self without notice. I wish you the best sorry for the negative points....

The room was filthy. There was stuff on the floor everything covered in dust and used contact lenses stuck on the night table. I asked for a new room which was equally as dirty, hairs all over the bed clothing tags on the floor food in the fridge. Neither of the rooms patio doors locked. I was offered a 3rd room but ended up leaving. I did not feel safe or comfortable there.

I was put in a room that had other guests in it. Complete lack of safety. I was confused when I opened a room full of someone else stuff. It was then covered up after I complained to the front desk. I don't think the guests were notified that the hotel has put me in their room.

Dingy appearance with pathetic attempt at a breakfast
Poor security as balcony door had no latch mechanism nor lock
Being seniors we asked for a first floor room to avoid stairs since there is no elevator. They would not accommodate request even though it was obvious that they were far from sold out
Totally overpriced compared to sister Best Western property in Abbotsford we stayed at for only $9.00 more that had pool, hot tub, a far superior breakfast and friendly professional staff.
