The front staff were very nice , but our mom is in a wheelchair and it was very difficult to move her around the bed . We also needed some type of brace she could hold on to to be able to use the toilet . Unfortunately my mother wasn't able to use the toilet as she couldn't brace herself to get on the toilet. She had to use her diapers .. also 265.oo for one night in a mediocre hotel was disappointing .. next time I'll do more homework on where to stay ..

The staff is always friendly.. We book here every time we have a show in Chillwack.. The breakfast lady remembered us. So so friendly. They helped us out with changing our room the last night of our 4 day stay so one of our friends could stay with us.
The rooms are always clean. Quite and most important we feel safe. Thank you

The pet room we were given had ants in it and they would not give us another pet room. We ended up checking out the same night we checked in. Their solution was to vacuum the room and put towels down. They also charged us and gave us the run around about getting a refund. No answer to our inquiry for a refund. Don't stay here.
