Positives:
Kitchenette, staff and the beds. It was cool so it was nice to have a great heater in the room... The room stayed warm for a long time.
Negatives:
Heater took us a minute to figure it out... But I never care for hotel heat/cooling units... Each one is different some are harder to figure out. This one was too bad though.

Ok A&W near for food.
Positives:
Motel style rooms with exterior doors, room was definitely aged and futon that was in our room was very dated. Beds were ok, one really soft and one really firm. Only 2 pillows per bed and no spares. The room was clean just the floors were very very dirty ( cleaned up a little water off the floor and the rag was black)
An older motel that they have done cosmetic room upgrades to but still very dated

Parking is horrible!
Pet friendly location but absolutely nowhere to take your pet to go to the bathroom. All grass on property has a “NO PEOPLE NO PETS ON GRASS” sign clearly posted and no nearby spots to take your pets!
No conditioner (for hair) in rooms so very disappointing if you have hair and need a shower!

Terrible service offered in this place. We arrived at Cranbrook late and was stuck at airport after 12am without any taxi services. We called the owner a couple of times for some help. But he just simply rejected us and told us nothing he could do on his side and let us sit at airport without even helping us call a cab. What a cold-blooded service mentality during this cold night at Rockies mountain town
