The breakfast was amazingit was tasty and hot!!

When we arrived there was no trolley for us to use to take our belongings up to our room.the TV in our room was not working and someone had to come to our room only to discover that the TV was unplugged. Later that first evening we had no hot water and the following morning we had to take cool to cold showers. We found the beds very uncomfortable and did not sleep well at all!!
My sister was also staying in the hotel and when she told a gal at the front desk about the lack of hot water her response wasthings happen. We felt there should have been some kind of compensation when we are spending almost $170 for two nights.
