Positives: Was in a decent location in Harrison, close to everything.
Negatives: Rooms could have been more stocked with toilet paper and towels. Staff was very nice but didn’t have any cleaning service come to the room in the 4 days we were there. Tried calling the front desk multiple times before checking as we were unexpectedly coming in late, and nobody answered. Asked the girl about it when we showed up and said that they were short staffed and they will only answer for guests who have checked in.

Positives: Close to beach
Negatives: Room needed a lot of maintenance, there was stains on ceiling, no water coming out of bathroom sink couldn'twash face and hands, bathroom was dark lights didn't work so I couldn't see, they only had two very soft pillows on beds that offered no support and when I requested more pillows the front desk attendant laughed at me and said they couldn't give me more until I argued that I needed them, I asked for two more pillows each for both beds and after saying she would give them to me she hung up and then only sent a room attendant with only two pillows. The room attendant was very nice and went and got use two more pillows. There was nowhere in the hotel to get a drink of water, there needs to be a water cooler in the rooms or at the very least one on the lobby. The shower had no cold water and was too hot to take a shower.
