No remote in suite on arrival , daughter wanted to watch tv and had to fool around getting one so she could , front desk appesred to know of situation . And had done nothing to make sure our suite was ready, prior to our arrival. Also toilet seat had dried urine on it .

Unfortunately, the room I was given did not have a working phone or a working TV. As they could not correct this they provided me with another room.
On the second day of my booking, my card stopped functioning. I had to walk down a long hall and then down the elevator to get it corrected Now, for most, it's not a problem. But I have COPD and do not breathe very well. It was then I found out this is built into the system If that is so why did they not 1 tell me or 2. provide me another key on the second day?
