Negatives: Looked okay at first glance. The room was okay but the bottom of the bathtub was peeling off. Overall impression after really looking is this property could fall into the shabby category quickly. No one on the front desk. All automated numbers within the directory could not be completed and the managers mailbox was full. That tells its own story. I did email Sandman central and received a phone call from the Kamloops manager a few days after my stay. There was a lot of squirming about staffing and the full mailbox. The manager offered me one night free on a future stay. Not sure Id ever want to take him up on the offer.
