Positives: The room feels like just renovated, it was cozy and spacious. There are a lot of restaurants and fast food close by us and about 30mins walk to the downtown.

Negatives: Very poor noise isolation! I could hear people chatting outside of our room, the stepping sound from the room above me (I was in bad luck that morning, someone keep walking back and forth at 5am!), the running water from rooms close by mine, traffic noise next to the hotel.

Positives: Room was very clean. Staff were friendly. Location was great for us: 2 km to downtown area and 3 km to hospital (reason for stay). Lots of restaurants in area and a mall across the street that had a grocery store. Also a convenience store on same block. Parking lot was big and contained a Ricky's Restaurant and a Starbucks. Guests of the hotel get a 10% discount at Ricky's. You can walk or drive to the downtown area easily down Bernard Avenue and see many heritage houses.
