Stayed 3 days, one sink was plugged, stain on floor between beds, only 3 each of towels & face cloths. Had the housekeeping button on all day & no one showed up. No one came to clean up room….disappointed

Overall it felt a little tired and needs a makeover especially in the area where breakfast is served. It’s also quite a way out of town and there isn’t a huge amount that is nearby in walking distance.

The hotel front desk misplaced my friends luggage even though we were given baggage tags and we still have not received our partial refund. The towels at the pool were missing and it took them more than an hour to get me a towel for the pool, kept me waiting at the lobby the whole time. The receptionist is working all alone so lines are terrible. The pool was DISGUSTING, like it had not been cleaned before. The service at this location was appalling due to being understaffed.
