Was told there would be a lake view. Rm 815only has a lke view if you stand in the very deep corner and stretch to see it. The room was not as clean as i would have hoped. My daughter who is undergoing chemotherapy was with me. She has lost all of her hair and was horrified to find a number of long black hairs on the bed. The hot water did not work. I did speak to the front desk and the manager kindly covered half of my bill but as i think of it now i should have insisted on having the full amount comped.

I got back pain because of the bed, it took long time when i asked for something until I received it. I was talking shower and in the middle of it the water cut out, i had too wash myself by water bottle. The air conditioner didn’t work, the whole night till morning we were hearing next door tv noise, so we weren’t able to sleep.
