We spent one night in Kelowna while driving from the Rockies to Vancouver and it was the perfect location right downtown and we found it to be excellent value for money. Additionally I left my headphones in the room and the hotel was kind enough to call me and also ship it back to my home. Much appreciated and would stay there again.

Breakfast was fairly basic but good enough to get you going for the day. The location was perfect! We walked to Prospera Place for an event, parking was in the back and room was nice and clean. I would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is great! Location great, beds super comfortable I would love to know what kind they are? Good continental breakfast(most hotels aren’t doing that anymore) good parking options. Staff was super friendly. Overall this is a good (go-to)hotel they are always consisant.

Location was great, breakfast was good- the room for breakfast was nice. The cookies were a great touch. The bed was fabulous. Parking included and secured was great. A view was nice!

Hearing the elevator late into the night, running a lot, even though we were about 3 rooms down the hall. But not a huge deal
