Positives: Funky layout with pool in central courtyard. Wished I had my swim trunks as pool look well kept and clean. Bed is comfortable, shower is good, coffee maker makes a fine brew

Negatives: Wasnt the property someone below our room was yelling and banging on the floor yelling at my young adult daughter to go to bed. This woke her up and by time I got back to my room it was too late for the front desk to do anything.just can hear the doors closing in the upstairs unit.

Negatives: Id say about a 3.5 for this stay. Weve stayed before and it wasnt as bad as this time. Staff were wonderful thats not a complain they were very accommodating. just the pool was closed the whole time we were there yet was told the pool hours at check in, woke up the next morning got the family ready for swimming just to find everything closed, the pool is the reason we stayed there. The room didnt have air conditioning so the room got soooo hot in the middle of the night. The bed we slept on the frame was broken, the sink clogged and we had to wait awhile for it to drain so we couldnt use the sink most of the time. With a little maintenance it would be a good place to stay again.

Positives: I liked the jungle. All the plants were cool.
Negatives: Staff were not polite. They also waited to tell us that the pool and hottub was closed. After we paid. I don't think it's cool to advertise something and then say nothing about it. I mean places sometimes compensate something. I mean if we knew before hand I probably wouldn't expect some sort of compensation. The room we had had no windows and was tiny. Sucks had bug potential. I won't ever go back there. I'll just go to one of the place that was cheaper that actually had a pool.
