Upon first glance the building looks dirty already. We were so tired from 9 hours of travelling we thought okay let’s just give it a shot. We walked inside to the smell of dirty wet dog. our room had blood stains that looked very fresh all over the ground and the beds had stains all over them. pillows were disgusting with hair all over them. It was absolutely horrible. we walked out instantly and informed the staff at the front we would like a refund he said it would be credited back onto my card and it has yet to do that.

The room had blood stains all over the floor, fresh looking and some old. it was absolutely terrible. the bed had multiple stains all over and the pillows were covered with hair. No way we could sleep there. we walked right out and told front desk we’d like a refund as the room we had was so unclean and unsanitary I couldn’t believe they would try to give that away to someone !!!! he said it would be credited back onto my card yet I checked this morning and it shows they took the money out last night as well as sending me this “how was your stay” when we never stayed !! not even for 20 minutes. We all felt so disgusting just standing in there it was a nightmare experience f
