Negatives: The room wasn't that clean and the bathroom had a faint urine odour. The paint job was terrible and door leading to the parking lot was filthy. I wouldn't stay again. Plus they didn't over breakfast like all the other hotels in Revelstoke.

Negatives: The bed looked slept in when we arrived, there was no shower curtain or mat for tub. Almost slipped and fell. The room was dirty. There were flies in the room. There was blood on the comforter. There was missing cutlery and coffee mugs. Coffee pot was filthy. The whole place is shabby and rundown. When I called the customer service desk Sean, and mentioned the ruffled up bed, he said "oh the maid probably had a nap". It felt like we were in a homeless shelter.we were afraid to go out to eat because afraid someone was going to go into our room and steal belongings!

Positives: the location was convenient

Negatives: They level of cleanliness in the kitchenette was low. At least the sheets and the towels seemed clean but the table was sticky. The bathroom door was black around the handle obviously had been over looked for quite some time. The bed was very uncomfortable.
