Location. Easy to access upon arrival as we had a late flight. The hotel room is big and comfortable in general. A big shoutout to the concierge staff who are helpful and friendly.

Friendly staff, on site gym (open 24 hours), indoor pool/ jazucci/ sauna room, great view of the runway, large shower, bath, super comfy queen bed, large room, perfect location for a flight.
P.s they will store luggage for you. You can take the train 2 stops to Templeton to explore the outlet, or it's roughly 20 minutes from Vancouver waterfront.

Lack of fridge (there is a fridge that automatically recognises if you take a product minibar style, but you can't store your own drink etc). TV was a bit fiddly with glitches.
