The parking lot was too far from the hotel. Staff were not particularly welcoming. There was an unexpected surcharge for “package” that was of nos use to us and not mentioned on booking. Opting out was complicated

Great place to stay if...
Positives:
Accessible to the airport when our flight was cancelled. Room was big, very comfy and good facilities.
Negatives:
Very hard to find the restaurant which ended up being stuck at the back of the Buffett area. The staff didn’t seem to know where the restaurant was which made for a frustrating run around. The food was great once we got there.

The beds were very comfortable. The pool was nice (but very cold), the proximity to the airport.
Negatives:
The pool was VERY cold, and the room size is small( the picture is deceiving). The room booking was for four but were only given two towels, 2 coffees and a tea in the room. The buffet was one of the worst we've had, and it was quite expensive for a buffet and what you get ( it felt like a low-budget buffet,charging a premium price).

Excellent customer service and early check in was greatly appreciated. We loved being able to relax in the pool area with the slide and hot tub after a long haul flight. The room was very comfortable and well presented.
