Front desk lady was rude and gave us a run around about the hold on my visa and after we transferred money around to accommodate. Turns out she was wrong and was rude and told us it was our fault

I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite - which was lovely. The unit was clean but there was an unpleasant smell in the living room area . It smelled like old urine - I think perhaps the rugs may need shampooing in there as the bedroom area was fine.

I had one night as I had an early flight the next day. The staff were very helpful and pleasant .
